Spaghetti with greek salad
INGREDIENTS
1 box (16oz) Pastaio Italian Spaghetti or any of Pastaio's long pastas.
¾ long english cucumber diced
1 pint grape tomatoes halved
½ cup sliced pitted olives
½ cup feta cheese cubed
⅓ cup red onion diced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season the water generously with salt and then add in the pasta.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
3. While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop your fresh veggies
4. Combine everything in a large bowl and toss with dressing, chill before serving!
